About LSAC

Lutterworth Sub Aqua Club has been in existence for a number of years and affiliated to BSAC in 1984.

As a BSAC club we follow the BSAC training syllabus, the qualifications from which are recognised worldwide. Therefore if you're looking to learn before a holiday then you need look no further.

All of our instructors are DBS checked. How quickly you progress through the BSAC training scheme is entirely up to you.

We meet on a Tuesday night at Lutterworth Sports Centre at the following times:

  • 19:30 to 20:30 - Theory lessons and interest talks in the Crèche
  • 20:30 to 21:00 - A short club meeting in the Crèche where recent and future diving and snorkelling trips, socials and other events are discussed
  • 21:00 to 22:00 - Sheltered water training in the swimming pool, the pool session can also be used to practise skills, test equipment or simply to go swimming.

After finishing in the pool we often meet up at the Royal Oak in Bitteswell for a drink and a chat.

The club has a large number of members with a wide range of diving and boat handling experience.

Costs for joining and learning to dive can be spread out over the year if required.
